You might remember this little lady's maternity session, fresh 48 session or her newborn session (yes, I love to photograph this little one). Can you believe she is already 4 months old? It's been so much fun to watch her grow up 

This last picture was just a quick "for a friend" snap, but I ended up loving it. As moms, we are often behind the scenes (soothing or feeding babies) so I think we all deserve a picture of us in action. And the way they are looking at each other melts my heart.

There is something so special about having a newborn at home. There were several moments while I was shooting that mom or dad would stop and sigh -- partly from being tired, but mostly from the sheer joy of finally having their little girl home. 

The floral "E" hung above the crib. These flowers were used during their wedding and now find a home in their daughter's nursery. How sweet is that?

I am so excited to announce that I'll now offer newborn MINI sessions! Woo hoo! These sessions are perfect for parents who only want a few images of their newborn. Of course it will depend on how sleepy your little one is, but we were able to get a beautiful gallery of images in just one hour of this sleeping beauty.

2016 Mini Session Sets

My trusted assistant/studio wrecker/model helped me test out my sets for this year's Year End Studio Mini Sessions. I decided to keep this year's sets simple and mostly white so the kiddos really stand out. 

I must say, his hand-me-down overalls and consignment store button down shirt and bowtie were perfect!
